Can I pick up my order?
- If you are local to Nanaimo, BC (or coming through) you can select local pick up during check out.
When will my order be processed and shipped out?
- I will do my best to have orders shipped out within 2-3 days of when the order is processed.
Can orders be shipped internationally?
- No, unfortunately we're only able to ship within Canada currently.
What if I'm unhappy with my order or the products?
- Please contact us right away and each concern will be dealt with individually.
Do these treats have an expiry date?
- Yes, each package is labelled with a packaged date and best used before date. If you're not going to use the treats by the best before date, we recommend you freeze them until you are ready to use them.
Do these treats have any additives?
- No, we only slice and dehydrate these treats.
Where do you source the meat and organs?
- All the meats and organs are source from local butchers and farms!
How do I calculate shipping?
